In Duel of the Seers you and your opponent hold tarot cards from 0 to 8: even cards are black, odd cards are white. The higher card wins the round, but you only see the colour of the opponent’s card and the result. You earn Seer Coins equal to your points, plus the point difference if you win.
From the colours and results, the helper works out which cards your opponent could have left and computes exactly (over all possibilities) the card that earns the most coins on average.
Each player has 9 cards (0–8) and plays one per round. The higher card scores a point. The card colour (black even, white odd) reveals part of the opponent’s card.
Winning is not all that counts: the point margin matters too. The helper picks the card that maximises your average coins, not just your chance of winning the round.
The helper assumes the opponent plays a random card from those it has left and that you take turns starting rounds.
